Dr Ashley is an exceptional family doctor who cares about her patients. Our family has been seeing her for over 5 years and have always had excellent care.

I absolutely love this doctors office. They truly care about each patient and your needs. From the time you walk in with the receptionist, who is ready to check you in to the medical assistants who are so kind and always willing to help. Dr. Ashley, Sam, now Corinne who are three of the best physician you can find in the Spokane area. Also when you need an appointment, you get scheduled way sooner than anywhere else. You're not waiting 6 months to see the doctor. If you're looking for a primary care doctor, this is the place for you.

My wife and I found Dr. Ashley four years ago and instantly knew we had discovered the best! Dr. Ashley listens and evaluates the data and the whole patient before discussing a holistic approach to correcting the issue, and does not just address the symptoms. She is personable and uses a direct approach to address the problem. We had to move over three hours away for two years and still chose to make the drive and be seen by Dr. Ashley instead of by a local physician. If you truly desire to address the problem, Dr. Ashley and Family Medicine Liberty Lake should be your first choice.

Dr Ashley has been my doctor, as well as my late husband's, forever. She has taken good care of me and she really shows compassion!! I give her 5 stars!! She is an excellent Physician!!

I have very difficult schedule due to my work AND I have multiple chronic diseases that have multiple specialist that Dr. Ashley has to manage YET she ALWAYS does with wisdom, grace and compassion. I've known her for years prior to becoming her patient and when my former PCP moved, I was nervous but I took the chance to move to her! I'm very pleased with my care. She's found stuff other specialist hasn't. She is also open to natural medicines / healing. I can honestly say she is a diamond in the rough! It's a very rough field - Primary Care Providers- BUT she outshines them all! Thank you Dr Ashley & staff for being patient and compassionate with my care. You ALL are amazing!

Love Dr Ashley, Sara at Healthy Living and all the office staff. We drive from Walla Walla because we love it here so much! Used to be difficult to get through on the phone but that now is corrected. I highly recommend her office AND healthy living. Showed up one time with migraine to get my pellets and Sara hooked me up with an infusion and it nearly resolved my headache so I could drive home. They are ALWAYS very flexible with our schedule and arrange for us to have labs and/or imaging closer to our home. Telemetry is handy when we just need a face to face. Worth the 2 hour and 40 min drive!!!! Never feel rushed in the process. I have to disagree with negative reviews as that has not been our experience. Can't recommend enough.

Dr Ashley is very good at what she does! She is very thorough and attentive, and never in a hurry. She is very caring and so kind. Hard to find those qualities in doctors these days. I have been a patient of hers for many years!

A friendly staff to welcome as you come through the doors for your appointment. Waiting is minimal and Dr. Ashley is prompt in getting to the exam room. She is attentive and answers my questions, making recommendations for whatever my concerns are. Appointments go quickly! Positive all around.

I am very happy to have Susan Ashley as my primary care provider. My first appointment went well and was scheduled in a prompt manner. Dr. Ashley listened to my concerns and is addressing them. The office is conveniently located and the service is excellent.

My whole family comes here and my kids love her. We have 2 kids with autism and Dr Ashley recommended a strict gluten free dairy free diet, and a bunch of supplements. They are high functioning and now able to be in a normal classroom, and the behavior problems are gone. My wife and I are so grateful. Dr. Ashley is a wonderful Dr.. Very thorough and professional. Her staff is pleasant and professional also. She is very knowledgeable and explains her reasoning for her medical advice. She is strong, kind and caring in her care for her patients. Amazing is the word that describes her.
